Not at all. Everybody is different, and has different fitness needs and levels. Therefore we work to your level and ability, whatever that may be.
So long as you have been given the 'All Clear' from your Dr, we can tailor each session to meet your rehabilitation needs, and can make your training part of your recovery.
Yes. With almost 20 years experience in the industry I can programme your training progressively and take into consideration the periodised blocks needed to help you to be in the best shape possible in your event.
Just because you are training, does not mean it has to be a 'weight' focused programme. I can programme your training to meet your individual needs, whether that is as vague as "weight loss' or 'muscle gain', to as specific as 'I want J-Lo's bum'. We can work together to realise your dreams.
I am based out of my own Personal Studio, which means that you do not need to have a membership at a Gym to train with me. It is a bespoke, and carefully thought out space that is exceptionally well equipped. For as long as you are training with me, you are welcome to use it.
Yes. My prices are for an hour of my time. If you wish to train alone or with someone else, that is entirely up to you. Remember these are YOUR sessions.
