Who is the Wolfman?
This is me.
Like most, I am the sum of all of my experiences, both good and bad.
Some have shaped me more than others.
Particularly those that at the time at least, caused me significant trauma.
Divorce. Death. Loss of everything Material and hard earnt, I have hit rock bottom more than my fair share of times.
Through it all though, I have managed to maintain a sense of purpose and of belief.
My life, like yours, has been a series of steps… most of them baby steps.
But the person who moves mountains does so by first carrying the small stones.
And that is now a fundamental part of my ethos.
We start small, and bit by bit, piece by piece, commit to real change.
Whatever element of your wellbeing needs the most care and attention, I am here to help, and hopefully make you laugh and smile through the experience.

All plans require you to buy into a healthy lifestyle and eating habits to ensure that you achieve the best results possible for you, the client.

As much as I take achieving your fitness goals seriously, I also know that to remain motivated your training needs to be fun and engaging. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, in fact its actually both science and art!
My aim is to help you overcome the hurdles and reach your desired outcomes.
It starts with a discussion about your vision, followed by an analysis of your body, your metabolism and most importantly, your lifestyle. Once we have discussed how to implement lasting changes for a healthier lifestyle, I can consider your training and create your individual fitness plan.

I understand that adapting new fitness and lifestyle habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on what fitness is, so that it becomes a part of who you are, and leads to a healthier lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain, and maintain, a healthy lifestyle. I will help you to learn that failing is part and parcel of life, and often leads to much better outcomes later.

I am REAL!
I am HUMAN!
I have made, and continue to make mistakes, but I make sure that I learn from them.
I have my quirks, and I am not everyone's cup of tea, but I am ALWAYS respectful and am willing to give everyone some of my time.
I am diagnosed as having BI Polar DIsorder, but I do not let that DEFINE me, and I learn to work WITH it and not let it work against me.
And I am honest to a fault, so at least you always know where you stand when in my company.
I am also ever so slightly MAD!
...But all the BEST people are.
I want to be a Cowboy (and yes I can ride a Horse)!
I shoot a Bow and Arrow.
I have a HUGE White Wolf Dog.
And I am soon to be climbing another ACTUAL mountain for charity.
And I sometimes need Help!
It has taken me nearly 40 years to realise it, but I do sometimes need help.
I can not do EVERYTHING alone, and that is okay.
In fact it is actually brilliant, because in asking for help I have made some amazing connections and beautiful and lasting friendships and memories... and that is BETTER than anything.

In 2024 I Climbed Kilimanjaro For Charity.
As a beneficiary of Strongmen.org.uk, the mens bereavement charity, I was part of a team of 24 who in October 2024 climbed the World's Tallest Free Standing Mountain. We raised a collective £40,000 for the charity which will help to fund activities for at least a year. It was quite probably the hardest physical and mental experience of my life, but also the most rewarding and one I would recommend to anyone who is considering it that it is a MUST!
