An Introduction...
With over 20 years of experience and many successful outcomes, I am well placed to build a professional, yet fun and friendly rapport with you. I am able to help analyse your body composition and gauge your fitness levels in order to create a fitness plan that will allow you to reach your goals.
All plans require you to buy into a healthy lifestyle and eating habits to ensure that you achieve the best results possible for you, the client.
I will work with you to keep you on track and to stay motivated for a positive result.
As much as I take achieving your fitness goals seriously, I also know that to remain motivated your training needs to be fun and engaging. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, in fact its actually both science and art!
My aim is to help you overcome the hurdles and reach your desired outcomes.
It starts with a discussion about your vision, followed by an analysis of your body, your metabolism and most importantly, your lifestyle. Once we have discussed how to implement lasting changes for a healthier lifestyle, I can consider your training and create your individual fitness plan.
I understand that adapting new fitness and lifestyle habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on what fitness is, so that it becomes a part of who you are, and leads to a healthier lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain, and maintain, a healthy lifestyle.
I am HUMAN!
I have made, and continue to make mistakes, but I make sure that I learn from them.
I have my quirks, and I am not everyone's cup of tea, but I am ALWAYS respectful and am willing to give everyone some of my time.
I am diagnosed as having BI Polar DIsorder, but I do not let that DEFINE me, and I learn to work WITH it and not let it work against me.
And I am honest to a fault, so at least you always know where you stand when in my company.
...But all the BEST people are.

I shoot a Bow and Arrow.
I have a HUGE White Wolf Dog.
And I am soon to be climbing an ACTUAL mountain for charity -

It has taken me nearly 40 years to realise it, but I do sometimes need help.
I can not do EVERYTHING alone, and that is okay.
