Online Solo and Group Training
A one off 30 minute Zoom session. This will be at a negotiated time, and will be catered to your specific needs and accessible equipment.
A weekly 30 minute Zoom session. This will be at a negotiated time, and will be catered to your specific needs and accessible equipment.
Two 30 minute Zoom sessions per week. These will be at a negotiated time, and will be catered to your specific needs and accessible equipment.
Three 30 minute Zoom Sessions per week, These will be at a negotiated time, and will be catered to your specific needs and accessible equipment.
Group training is available upon request and costs the same as an individual session.
